Ascendant HR provides Cobra and HIPAA administration services to meet the compliance responsibilities for our clients. We offer this service as a stand alone service or as part of the Benefits Administration Package. Our mission is to relieve your staff of the administrative burden created by Cobra and HIPAA administration.
In our effort to provide only a top quality service, we combine the latest technology with highly qualified licensed professionals. Your company will be assigned a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) to oversee your Cobra administration program. Both clients and Cobra continuants are always able to reach us to access their account information. We provide a secured web access which allows clients and participants to view premium status, coverage information, and billing and payment status. We also provide a toll-free hotline access to a customer service representative available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 Central time to answer questions and assist continuants.
